An address on your own domain looks professional — and costs less than most people expect. From CHF 3 a month, with as many addresses as you need.
That's the real reason for your own domain. treasurer@yourclub.ch belongs to the role, not to whoever currently holds it. When the committee changes or an employee leaves, the address stays — history included. With a private Gmail account, both walk out the door.
We set up both for you. Annual invoice, no minimum term. No VAT — we're not liable for Swiss VAT.
You already have your domain — somewhere.
You want the address — and the domain with it.
Both are good. They simply charge differently — and that shows as soon as several people need an address.

To be fair: if you need video calls, shared documents and calendars for a whole team, the big providers are the right choice. If you need email, you're paying there for a lot that nobody ever opens.
Yes. If you already own a domain — with any provider — choose the «Mail» plan at CHF 36 a year. We'll tell you which two records to change at your domain provider, or do it for you. The domain stays where it is and remains yours.
They come along. Existing mailboxes can be migrated, folder structure included — from Gmail, Outlook.com or an old host. Tell us where you're coming from when you order, and we'll plan the move so nothing gets lost in between. This is usually the part people dread most, and the part that causes the least trouble in practice.
Yes. It's ordinary IMAP — the standard every mail app understands: iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows, Thunderbird. You get the credentials and enter them once. If you'd rather not set anything up, just use the webmail in your browser.
If you already have the domain: CHF 36 a year, that's 3 a month. If you need the domain too: CHF 48 a year. That's the total — no matter how many addresses you create. The large providers charge per person per month; across five committee addresses that adds up over a year.
No. Email works on its own — many people start exactly this way: a proper address first, the website later. If you do decide on a website later, it runs on the same domain and nothing about your email changes.
It runs on the same domain, with nothing changing about your email. So you can start small.
