The budget is tight, nobody on the committee is technical, and every two years the person who «does the website thing» changes. This is built for exactly that.
Club website with three pages: CHF 399 one-off.
If you want it really simple — a single page: CHF 299 one-off.
Hosting, email and domain: CHF 60 a year.
So CHF 459 in the first year, CHF 60 annually after that. Each additional page costs
CHF 49. No minimum term, no retainer, no surprise in year two.
No VAT — we're not liable for Swiss VAT, so the invoice shows exactly
this amount. For non-profit organisations a reduction is possible on request.
A real customer and an example to look at.
president@, treasurer@, info@ — the addresses stay when the person changes. No more forwarding to a private account, no correspondence lost after the annual meeting.
When the committee changes, we hand the access over to the incoming person in an orderly way. No more «the website is done by the treasurer's son, but he's studying in Zurich now».
As soon as you have a contact form or a sign-up, you're processing personal data — and need a privacy policy. We'll tell you what a club actually needs, and build it in.
Fixed price, no ongoing agency retainer, no minimum term. You know the cost before the committee meeting — and can propose it without having to renegotiate.
If the website doesn't get through the committee meeting yet: start with the email addresses. Domain and club addresses cost CHF 48 a year, and the website comes later on the same domain. Nothing about the addresses changes then.
A club website with three pages — home, about, contact — costs CHF 399 one-off. On top of that, CHF 60 a year for hosting, email and domain. So CHF 459 in the first year, CHF 60 annually after that. If you need more pages, say for events or teams, each additional one costs CHF 49. If you want it really simple, the website is also available as a single page for CHF 299 one-off.
Anyone running a website aimed at the public must be reachable — the club's name, address and a way to make contact. For a club recruiting members, running events or asking for donations, that applies without question. We build the legal notice in; you don't have to deal with it.
As soon as personal data is processed, yes — and that happens sooner than you'd think: a contact form, a sign-up for a club event, an embedded map. The revised Swiss Data Protection Act then requires transparent information. A pure information page without a form needs less. More on our «Legally secure» page.
That's up to you. Either you maintain it yourselves — we show the responsible person how in a short introduction, no prior knowledge required. Or you email us the changes and we make them. When the committee changes, we hand access to the new person without you having to organise anything.
A reduction is possible on request. Write us a few lines about what you do and what the website is for — we'll look at it and come back with a proposal. No form and no paperwork required.
No. digy.ch is not liable for Swiss VAT — the invoice shows exactly the amount quoted here. For a club that can't reclaim input tax anyway, that's the more honest price.
Yes, and it's a good route. For CHF 48 a year you get the domain and your club addresses; the website comes later on the same domain, with nothing changing about the addresses. Many clubs start this way, because that amount passes the committee meeting without much debate.
Tell us what you have in mind — we'll tell you what it costs and what it takes. No sales pitch.
